This policy explains what personal data SG Charter Bus collects when you use sgcharterbus.com or contact us, why we collect it, and how you can access or correct it. It follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Who we are

sgcharterbus.com is operated by SG Bus Charter Travel & Tours Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202432057K), registered at 768 Pasir Ris Street 71, #14-324, Singapore 510768. Our office is at Carros Centre, 60 Jalan Lam Huat #03-54, Singapore 737869.

2. What we collect

• Details you give us for a quote or booking: your name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, pickup date and time, number of passengers and luggage pieces, pickup, drop-off and extra-stop addresses, flight numbers, trip type, and any notes you add.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone, including the details inside them.
• Payment records such as invoices, receipts and the payment method used. Card payments are handled by PayPal. We do not store card numbers.
• Website usage data collected by cookies and similar tools: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location, and the ad you clicked to reach us (including a Google click ID).
• Your IP address, used for up to 1 hour in scrambled form to stop spam on our enquiry form.

3. Why we use it

• To prepare your quote, confirm your booking and run your trip, including sharing pickup details with your assigned driver.
• To contact you about your booking, including changes on the day.
• To issue quotations, invoices and receipts, and to keep accounting records.
• To measure which pages and ads bring enquiries, so we can improve the website and our advertising.
• To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

By sending us an enquiry or booking, you consent to us using your details for these purposes. If you give us details of other passengers, please make sure they agree to this.

4. Who we share it with

• Your driver, who gets the pickup name, contact number, addresses, times and flight numbers needed for your trip.
• Service providers who help us run the business: our website host, email providers (including Google Gmail), WhatsApp, PayPal, and Google Analytics and Google Ads for website measurement.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers, such as Google, Meta (WhatsApp) and PayPal, may store data outside Singapore. We use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

6. Cookies and tracking

sgcharterbus.com uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies that record how you use the site and whether you contacted us after clicking an ad. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site still works without these cookies.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as we need them for your trip, our accounts and legal requirements. After that we delete them or make them anonymous.

8. How we protect it

Only staff who need your details to handle your enquiry or trip can see them. Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and enquiries sent through the website form are emailed to us, not stored in a public database.

9. Your rights

• Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used.
• Correction: ask us to correct details that are wrong or incomplete.
• Withdraw consent: ask us to stop using your details. If you withdraw consent before a trip, we may not be able to complete the booking.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
