A late flight does not cost you. We track your flight number and ETA, and you get 75 minutes free from the actual landing time. Prefer to explore the airport or set your own pickup time? Then a 15-minute grace period applies from that time, and the driver keeps to it strictly, so later delays cannot be accommodated.

Before You Book

What happens if my flight lands late?

Your driver will be punctual and waiting for you at the airport coach bay. We track your flight number and ETA, and the first 75 minutes from the actual landing time are free. After that, the booking moves to the hourly rate with a 3-hour minimum. If you set your own pickup time instead, a 15-minute grace period applies from that time and the driver cannot wait for later delays.

Which airports do you cover?

Changi Airport (all terminals) and Seletar Airport, plus private airport transfers.

How much luggage fits?

It depends on the bus size and the size of your bags. Contact us with your passenger count and luggage, and we will match the best bus size for your needs, or send two buses if needed.

How far ahead should I book?

Book at least 4 to 5 days ahead, and earlier for weekends, school holidays and festive periods. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, so WhatsApp +65 8775 9497 with your date and group size and you will get a straight answer.

Is there a deposit, and how do I pay?

There is no separate deposit. Full payment must be made no later than 4 days before your booking date. Pay by bank transfer, PayNow or credit card. Credit card payments carry an additional 5% charge. Companies and schools can pay against an official invoice or purchase order by arrangement.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

Refunds only apply to cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Amendments must be made by 12pm at least one day before the scheduled date. Last-minute changes are subject to availability.

What is included in the price?

The published rate covers the bus, a professional driver and fuel, with no ERP or fuel surcharges. Extras are fixed and listed: $20 for pickups between 11pm and 7am, $20 for Tuas area pickups or drop-offs, $30 for each extra stop, and $20 for airport meet and greet.

Where do we meet the driver?

For a standard airport pickup, your driver waits with the bus at the airport coach bay. If you add meet and greet for $20, the driver waits for you in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name or group name, then walks your group to the bus.
