Before You Book
How much does a 13-seater minibus cost in Singapore?
A 13-seater costs $65 one way, $130 two way, $55 an hour with a 4-hour minimum, or $90 for an airport transfer. A 23-seater is $85 one way, $170 two way, $60 an hour or $110 for the airport.
Should I book a 13-seater or a 23-seater?
Book the 13-seater for families, small teams and airport runs of up to 13 people. Book the 23-seater for groups of 14 to 23, or when a smaller group has a lot of luggage. Not sure? Send us your passenger count and luggage and we'll tell you.
What if my group runs late at pickup?
For departures and point-to-point trips, your driver will be punctual and the first 15 minutes of waiting are free. After that it is $15 per 15 minutes. Past 45 minutes, the booking moves to the hourly rate with a 3-hour minimum. Hourly charters have no waiting charge at all.
How far ahead should I book? Can you do last-minute jobs?
Book at least 4 to 5 days ahead, and earlier for weekends, school holidays and festive periods. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, so WhatsApp +65 8775 9497 with your date and group size and you will get a straight answer.
Is there a deposit, and how do I pay?
There is no separate deposit. Full payment must be made no later than 4 days before your booking date. Pay by bank transfer, PayNow or credit card. Credit card payments carry an additional 5% charge. Companies and schools can pay against an official invoice or purchase order by arrangement.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Refunds only apply to cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Amendments must be made by 12pm at least one day before the scheduled date. Last-minute changes are subject to availability.
What is included in the price?
The published rate covers the bus, a professional driver and fuel, with no ERP or fuel surcharges. Extras are fixed and listed: $20 for pickups between 11pm and 7am, $20 for Tuas area pickups or drop-offs, $30 for each extra stop, and $20 for airport meet and greet.
