Fixed extras, no surprises: 11pm to 7am pickup +$20 · Tuas area +$20 · each extra stop +$30 · airport meet and greet +$20. Hourly bookings have a 4-hour minimum.
Need a formal quotation for school approval? You get an official quotation, invoice and receipt from an ACRA-registered company. Purchase orders are accepted, and bank transfer and PayNow are fine.

- Full payment must be made no later than 4 days before the booking date.
- Payment: bank transfer, PayNow or credit card (additional 5% charge for credit card).
- Refunds: only applicable if cancellations are made with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled booking.
- Last-minute changes are subject to availability.
- Amendments: should be made at least one day before the scheduled date, by 12pm.

Before You Book
Two-way or hourly: which should a school book?
Book two way, from $130 for a 13-seater, when the bus drops students off and returns later for pickup. Book hourly, from $55 an hour with a 4-hour minimum, when the bus stays with the group or visits several venues, since hourly charters carry no waiting charges.
How many buses do we need?
Count students plus teachers and pick the size that fits: 13, 23, 40/45 or 49 seats. Over 49, you get two or more buses on the same schedule.
Do the buses have seatbelts?
Yes. Excursion coaches are fitted with individual seatbelts and meet LTA standards, the setup expected for MOE field trips, learning journeys and youth camps.
What if the programme runs late?
On hourly bookings there is no waiting charge. On two-way and point-to-point trips, the first 15 minutes of waiting are free, then $15 per 15 minutes, moving to the hourly rate with a 3-hour minimum past 45 minutes.
How far ahead should I book? Can you do last-minute jobs?
Book at least 4 to 5 days ahead, and earlier for weekends, school holidays and festive periods. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, so WhatsApp +65 8775 9497 with your date and group size and you will get a straight answer.
Is there a deposit, and how do I pay?
There is no separate deposit. Full payment must be made no later than 4 days before your booking date. Pay by bank transfer, PayNow or credit card. Credit card payments carry an additional 5% charge. Companies and schools can pay against an official invoice or purchase order by arrangement.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Refunds only apply to cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Amendments must be made by 12pm at least one day before the scheduled date. Last-minute changes are subject to availability.
What is included in the price?
The published rate covers the bus, a professional driver and fuel, with no ERP or fuel surcharges. Extras are fixed and listed: $20 for pickups between 11pm and 7am, $20 for Tuas area pickups or drop-offs, $30 for each extra stop, and $20 for airport meet and greet.
