Fixed extras, no surprises: 11pm to 7am pickup +$20 · Tuas area +$20 · each extra stop +$30 · airport meet and greet +$20. Hourly bookings have a 4-hour minimum.

Important
- Full payment must be made no later than 4 days before the booking date.
- Payment: bank transfer, PayNow or credit card (additional 5% charge for credit card).
- Refunds: only applicable if cancellations are made with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled booking.
- Last-minute changes are subject to availability.
- Amendments: should be made at least one day before the scheduled date, by 12pm.

Before You Book
Do the published rates apply to monthly staff transport?
No. The published rates are for ad hoc (one-off) trips only, from $65 one way. Monthly or daily staff bus contracts are quoted separately per route, based on your pickup points, shift times, days per month and bus size.
Do you run early-morning and night shifts?
Yes. Pickups between 11pm and 7am carry a fixed $20 surcharge per trip.
Do you go to Tuas and other industrial areas?
Yes. Tuas area pickups and drop-offs add a fixed $20.
What happens if my flight lands late?
Your driver will be punctual and waiting for you at the airport coach bay. The first 75 minutes after your flight lands are free. After that, the booking moves to the hourly rate with a 3-hour minimum.
What if my group runs late at pickup?
For departures and point-to-point trips, your driver will be punctual and the first 15 minutes of waiting are free. After that it is $15 per 15 minutes. Past 45 minutes, the booking moves to the hourly rate with a 3-hour minimum. Hourly charters have no waiting charge at all.
How far ahead should I book? Can you do last-minute jobs?
Book at least 4 to 5 days ahead, and earlier for weekends, school holidays and festive periods. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, so WhatsApp +65 8775 9497 with your date and group size and you will get a straight answer.
Is there a deposit, and how do I pay?
There is no separate deposit. Full payment must be made no later than 4 days before your booking date. Pay by bank transfer, PayNow or credit card. Credit card payments carry an additional 5% charge. Companies and schools can pay against an official invoice or purchase order by arrangement.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Refunds only apply to cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Amendments must be made by 12pm at least one day before the scheduled date. Last-minute changes are subject to availability.
